Attio alternatives: 7 CRMs for startups that sell, with prices and limits

The best Attio alternatives in 2026 are folk if you sell through relationships, Twenty if you want open source you can host yourself, Close if your team lives on the phone, Salesflare if you prospect by email and LinkedIn, and Pipedrive or HubSpot if you want a standard sales process from day one. If you mostly need prospecting inside the CRM, look at GTM Flow.

Attio alternatives at a glance

The Attio alternatives that fit a startup or a sales team of one to ten best are folk (from €22 per member a month billed annually), Twenty (open source, free to self-host), Close (built-in calling), Salesflare (email and LinkedIn from €29), Pipedrive (from €14) and HubSpot (free for up to 2 users). GTM Flow adds prospecting and AI agents, in early access.

A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, and GTM Flow is one of the options on the list. We have tried to be fair to all of them, Attio included. Prices are the public list prices on each vendor's pricing page, checked on 14 October 2026 unless a source says otherwise, and every source is linked at the end.

  • For relationship-led selling and your network: folk.
  • For open source you can host yourself: Twenty.
  • For teams that call a lot: Close.
  • For email and LinkedIn on a small budget: Salesflare.
  • For a pipeline that works on day one: Pipedrive.
  • To start free with two users: HubSpot.
  • For prospecting, conversations and the pipeline in one system with AI: GTM Flow, in early access.

Why look for an Attio alternative

Attio is a flexible CRM where you define the data model, with a free plan for up to 3 seats. Teams look elsewhere when the feature they need sits on Pro (sequences and call intelligence, €74 per user a month billed annually), when they would rather not design a CRM, or when outreach runs on channels the pricing page does not cover.

Start with what Attio does well: you shape objects, lists and automations around how you sell, and its plans include monthly credits for AI features. The question is what you pay for once you prospect, not only manage records.

  • Sequences and call intelligence are on Pro. Its pricing page lists them on the Pro plan, at €74 per user a month billed annually.
  • You build the CRM. The flexibility that makes Attio good also means someone designs and maintains the model.
  • Outreach channels. Its pricing page does not advertise WhatsApp, LinkedIn steps or phone calls.

If your team enjoys shaping its own tools and mostly needs a clean record of relationships, staying on Attio is reasonable. If you are weighing Attio against GTM Flow specifically, GTM Flow vs Attio compares the two side by side. If you are still the one selling, our founder-led sales guide covers what to log before choosing any CRM.

How to choose an Attio alternative

To choose an Attio alternative, look at five things: whether you need a custom data model or a standard sales process, which plan unlocks sequences, which outreach channels come included, whether you need to host the data yourself, and what the full cost per user is once the features you need are switched on.

  1. Custom model or standard process. Twenty is the closest to Attio's flexibility; Pipedrive and HubSpot give you a ready-made pipeline.
  2. Where sequences start. folk Premium (€43), Salesflare Pro (€49), Pipedrive Growth (€39), Close Growth and HubSpot Sales Hub Pro.
  3. Channels. Close has calling and SMS built in; folk syncs WhatsApp; Salesflare has a LinkedIn sidebar; GTM Flow puts email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls in one sequence.
  4. Hosting. Twenty lets you self-host its open-source core for free.
  5. The full cost. Price the plan you will really need in six months, not the entry plan. Our comparison page lays the numbers side by side.

Pipedrive

pipedrive.com

Small sales teams that live in the pipeline and do not need to design their own data model.

Pipedrive is a pipeline-first CRM, easy to adopt and with more than 500 integrations. Against Attio it gives up the custom data model for a sales process that works on day one, and its email sequences arrive on the mid-tier Growth plan. Calls and LinkedIn depend on Marketplace apps. HubSpot

hubspot.es

Startups that want to start free and may add marketing or service tools on the same platform later.

HubSpot's free CRM covers up to 2 users and grows by module: Sales Hub, Marketing Hub or Service Hub. Against Attio it trades a flexible data model for breadth: marketing and service on the same platform, and more than 2,000 integrations. Sequences live on Sales Hub Pro. We look at it closely in HubSpot alternatives.

A favor

  • Free CRM for up to 2 users, no card required.
  • Calls included from Starter (500 minutes), with recording and transcription from Pro.
  • Sequences on Pro, with up to 500 sends per user per day.
  • More than 2,000 integrations, plus marketing and service modules on the same platform.

Founders who sell and sales teams of 1 to 10 who prospect by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone and want the CRM in the same place.

GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform with the CRM inside: companies, contacts, opportunities, lists and tasks, and on the same record the cold email sequences, the LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and the calls. Background AI agents act on every reply and every call, and a Copilot runs what you ask once you confirm. Our own sales team runs on it in production. You cannot buy it today: it is in early access, opened in waitlist order.

A favor

  • Cold email from your own mailboxes (Gmail, Google Workspace or any IMAP/SMTP), with mailbox rotation, per-mailbox caps, address checks at enrolment (syntax, MX records, disposable domains) and A/B variants with a per-variant report.
  • LinkedIn steps inside the sequence with per-profile limits (daily cap, three-week ramp, pending invitations), or as manual tasks.
  • WhatsApp on the company and contact record and as a sequence step with its own daily cap.
  • Calls from the browser with recording, transcription and automatic notes; AI agents read every reply, create the task, flag hot accounts and stop the cadence.
  • Imports CSV files, including HubSpot and Pipedrive exports, and syncs with Pipedrive over its API.

En contra

  • You cannot buy it today: early access is opened in waitlist order.
  • Planned pricing: Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually.
  • No public API or MCP server for customers yet, no mobile app and no contact database of its own.
  • On WhatsApp it connects the numbers you already use, not the official WhatsApp Business API.
  • New product, no public reviews.

Precio: Planned pricing, not on sale yet: Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually (€49, €85 and €179 billed monthly), each with the CRM, all four channels and Copilot. No credits and nothing metered per send. Checked 23/10/2026.

A flexible CRM, or a system that also prospects?

Attio and Twenty win when the problem is modelling your data. When the problem is that prospecting happens in four other tools, the CRM's flexibility matters less than having sequences, replies and calls on the same record. That is the case GTM Flow is built for, with AI agents acting on every reply and call.

A small team that prospects usually pays for a CRM, a cold email tool, a LinkedIn tool and a phone, then glues them together. In GTM Flow the pipeline, deals and call notes share one record with the sequences, and AI agents act on every reply and every call. It is in early access, opened in waitlist order; the planned pricing is public.

Which Attio alternative to choose, by use case

The right Attio alternative depends on what you want the CRM to do. To manage relationships with little setup, folk. To own the code and the data, Twenty. To call a lot, Close. For email and LinkedIn on a budget, Salesflare. For a ready-made pipeline, Pipedrive or HubSpot. For prospecting and pipeline in one system with AI, GTM Flow.

  • Stay on Attio if your team values designing its own model and its sales motion fits the plan you already pay for.
  • folk if you sell through your network and want WhatsApp and LinkedIn close to your contacts.
  • Twenty if open source and self-hosting are requirements.
  • Close if calls and SMS are your main channel.
  • Salesflare if you prospect by email and LinkedIn and want a low price per user.
  • Pipedrive or HubSpot if you want a standard process on day one; see our Pipedrive and HubSpot comparisons.
  • GTM Flow if you want cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls in the same system as the pipeline. You cannot buy it today: join the GTM Flow waitlist and we will get in touch in sign-up order.
