Unify alternatives: 7 tools for signal-based outbound, with prices and limits

The best Unify alternatives in 2026 are Apollo if you want a contact database with sequences, Clay if you build your own lists from many data sources, Amplemarket or Common Room if you want signals from one funded vendor, Warmly if your signal is website traffic, and lemlist if you mostly need multichannel sequences. If you want the CRM and the outreach in one place, look at GTM Flow.

Unify alternatives at a glance

The Unify alternatives worth a look are Apollo (contact database and sequences), Clay (enrichment from many sources, from $54 a month billed annually), Amplemarket (from $600 a month), Common Room (from $2,500 a month), Warmly (website signals, from $10,000 a year), lemlist (from $55 a month) and GTM Flow, a CRM with prospecting inside, in early access.

A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, and GTM Flow is one of the options on the list. Unify is a strong product and in several areas it is ahead of us, which we say below. Prices are the public list prices on each vendor's own pricing page, checked on 23 October 2026, and every source is linked at the end. Several third-party articles still quote an older Unify plan at $1,740 a month: Unify's own pricing page no longer shows it.

  • For a contact database with sequences in the same product: Apollo.
  • For building and researching lists from many data sources: Clay.
  • For data, signals and sequences from one vendor on an annual contract: Amplemarket.
  • For community, product and intent signals across a larger team: Common Room.
  • For identifying who visits your website: Warmly.
  • For multichannel sequences at a published price, next to the CRM you keep: lemlist.
  • For the pipeline, email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls on the same records: GTM Flow, in early access.

What Unify does and what it costs today

Unify describes itself as outbound agents for every rep: a contact database of 1.1 billion people and 65 million companies, buying signals, automated plays, multichannel sequences and a browser dialer. As of 23 October 2026 it has a free plan for up to 3 seats, Base at $20 and Pro at $60 per seat a month, and a custom Business plan.

Unify's idea is to start outbound from a signal (a job change, a hiring spree, a funding round, a website visit) and let an agent research the account, find the people and draft the sequence. It is not a CRM: on Pro it syncs read-only with HubSpot or Salesforce, and read-write sync arrives with Business.

Unify planPriceCredits per seat a monthWhat the plan adds
Free$0Limited, no amount statedUp to 3 seats, database access, multichannel sequences, click-to-call dialer, one mailbox per seat
Base$20 per seat a month, billed monthly800AI email copywriting, job change and hiring signals, email and phone enrichment, credit top-ups
Pro$60 per seat a month, billed monthly2,400Read-only HubSpot and Salesforce sync, Slack notifications, sequence analytics
BusinessCustom, billed annuallyCustom poolWebsite intent and product signals, automated plays, managed mailboxes at $25 each a month, power dialer, read-write CRM sync
Unify pricing page, checked on 23 October 2026. Its FAQ says email enrichment averages 1 credit per record and phone enrichment 4 credits, and AI usage is billed from the same balance.
  • Credits drive the real cost. Enrichment, signals and AI all draw on the same balance, and when it runs out those actions pause until you top up.
  • The strongest parts sit on Business. Website intent, signal-triggered plays, warm-up and rotation of mailboxes and read-write CRM sync are listed only on the custom plan.
  • There is no CRM inside. Deals and the pipeline live in HubSpot or Salesforce, and CRM sync is not listed on Free or Base.
  • Channels. Its sequence step types are automatic email, manual email, phone call and action item; its multichannel use case adds a LinkedIn connection request. WhatsApp and SMS are not mentioned.

Where Unify is stronger than most alternatives

Unify is ahead where most small-team tools are thin: a large contact database with a waterfall of more than 40 data sources, signals such as job changes and hiring, agents that research accounts and draft sequences, a free plan for three seats and unlimited seats on paid plans. If finding who to contact is your bottleneck, that matters a lot.

  • Data included. The database and the enrichment waterfall come with the product; GTM Flow, lemlist and Warmly do not sell you contacts.
  • Signals. Job change and hiring signals start on Base at $20 a seat, far below the entry price of Common Room or Warmly.
  • A low way in. Free for up to three seats and $20 a seat on Base, billed monthly, with no annual contract until Business.
  • Agents that do the research. Its agentic chat lists more than 50 native skills for prospecting, research and drafting.

So the honest advice is simple: if you have a CRM you like and your problem is building lists and timing, Unify is a reasonable choice and you may not need an alternative. The options below make sense when the price model, the missing CRM or the channels do not fit.

Unify alternatives compared

The table compares Unify with seven alternatives on starting point, entry price, contact data, built-in CRM pipeline and channels. Prices are the public figures on each vendor's own pricing page on 23 October 2026, in the currency each vendor publishes. Where a page shows no figure, the table says so instead of guessing.

The 7 Unify alternatives, one by one

These are seven real alternatives to Unify with their pros and cons: Apollo, Clay, Amplemarket, Common Room, Warmly, lemlist and GTM Flow. None of them replaces Unify point by point. Each entry explains who it fits, what it does better than Unify, where it falls short and what it costs today on its official pricing page.

Apollo

apollo.io

Sellers and small teams who want contacts, sequences and a basic CRM in one product.

Apollo is the closest to Unify on data: a contact database with email sequences, a dialer and a CRM of its own. It has fewer signal-triggered plays, but you do not need a separate CRM to manage the deals you open.

A favor

  • Contact data and sequences in the same product, so lists go straight into outreach.
  • A free plan with no time limit.
  • Deals and pipeline inside Apollo, not only a sync.

En contra

  • Its pricing page showed no figures on 23 October 2026, so you have to price it through the product.
  • Credits are pooled and do not roll over, so heavy prospecting raises the real cost.
  • Database coverage and accuracy vary by country: check it in your market.

Precio: Free, Basic, Professional and Custom, with no figures on the pricing page on 23/10/2026. On 17/09/2026 the same page showed Basic at $49 per seat a month billed annually.

Teams with someone technical who wants full control over how lists are built and researched.

Clay is the tool many teams use to build what Unify packages: lists enriched from many data sources tried one after another, and Claygent to research accounts on the open web. It does not send or manage deals, so it sits next to a sequencer and a CRM.

A favor

  • Many data sources in one place, tried in order until one returns a result.
  • Claygent researches accounts on the open web on every plan.
  • A free plan with unlimited seats to learn it.

En contra

  • Not a CRM and not a sequencer: replies, calls and deals happen elsewhere.
  • Priced by actions and data credits, which takes effort to predict.
  • A real learning curve for a founder short on time.

Precio: Free plan with 100 data credits and 500 actions a month. Launch from $54 a month billed annually ($60 monthly) and Growth from $185 ($205). Checked 23/10/2026.

Amplemarket

amplemarket.com

Funded outbound teams that want data, signals and sequences from one vendor on one contract.

Amplemarket is the most direct like-for-like alternative: data, intent signals, multichannel sequences and an AI copilot in one suite. It is priced per team on an annual term rather than per seat a month, which suits a funded team better than a founder.

A favor

  • Data, signals and sequences in one product.
  • AI copilot on every plan, with AI draft replies on the top tier.
  • Free trial on all plans.

En contra

  • The entry plan is $600 a month on an annual term.
  • Growth and Elite are priced only through sales.
  • Not a CRM: it syncs with the one you already have.

Precio: Startup $600 a month on an annual term, with 2 users and 27,000 contacts. Growth (4 users) and Elite (10 users) on request. Checked 23/10/2026.

Common Room

commonroom.io

Revenue teams of five or more that want community, product and intent signals in one place.

Common Room collects buying signals from many places, including Bombora intent topics, and turns them into alerts, segments and workflows, with an AI researcher and prospecting credits. It hands outreach to the CRM and sales engagement tool you already use.

A favor

  • Unlimited alerts, workflows and segments on every plan.
  • Bombora intent topics and research credits included.
  • MCP server included on all plans, per its pricing page.

En contra

  • Essential starts at $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats.
  • No sequences on its pricing page: you still need a tool that sends.
  • Advanced and Enterprise are priced only through sales.

Precio: Essential $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats, up to 100,000 contacts, 5,000 research credits and 2,500 Prospector credits. Advanced and Enterprise custom. Checked 23/10/2026.

Warmly

warmly.ai

Teams with real website traffic whose best signal is who is on the site right now.

Warmly focuses on one signal that Unify keeps for Business: website visitors. It identifies the companies and people behind visits, alerts and routes them, and adds an AI chat and inbound follow-up on the higher plans.

A favor

  • Website visitor identification with lead routing and CRM sync on the entry plan.
  • AI chat and inbound follow-up on the higher plans.
  • Retargeting by email, LinkedIn and ads from the same signal.

En contra

  • Starts at $10,000 a year, and the signals package is a $10,000 add-on.
  • Only useful if your website already gets traffic from your market.
  • Not a CRM and not an outbound sequencer.

Precio: AI Web-Deanonymization from $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat from $20,000 and AI Inbound Autopilot from $30,000, each from 10,000 credits a month. GTM Signals Package $10,000 a year. Checked 23/10/2026.

Small teams that already have lists and a CRM and mostly need multichannel sequences.

lemlist is the cheaper route if the part of Unify you actually use is the sequencer. Its Multichannel plan puts email, LinkedIn steps and a dialer in one sequence at a published price, and enrichment comes as an add-on.

A favor

  • Clear public pricing and a low entry plan.
  • Email, LinkedIn steps and a built-in dialer on Multichannel.
  • MCP and CLI access for technical teams.

En contra

  • Not a CRM: the pipeline after the first reply lives somewhere else.
  • WhatsApp, SMS, enrichment and intent signals are paid add-ons.
  • Its LinkedIn features need the same care with LinkedIn's terms as any other tool.

Precio: Email $55 a month billed annually ($69 monthly) and Multichannel $87 ($109). Enterprise on request. Data enrichment add-on from $16 a month billed annually. Checked 23/10/2026.

Founders who sell and teams of 1 to 10 who already know who to contact and lose replies between tools.

GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform with the CRM inside: companies, contacts, opportunities and tasks, and on the same record the cold email sequences, the LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and the calls. AI agents read every reply and every call and propose the next step, and a person approves. Our own sales team runs on it. You cannot buy it today: it is in early access, opened in waitlist order.

A favor

  • The pipeline and every channel on one timeline per account, with no CRM sync to pay for.
  • Cold email from your own mailboxes with rotation, per-mailbox caps and address checks at enrolment.
  • LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits, or as manual tasks; WhatsApp on the record and as a sequence step.
  • Browser calls with recording, transcription and automatic notes.
  • Planned per-seat pricing with no credits and nothing metered per send.

En contra

  • No contact database and no external signals: you bring your own lists, imported by CSV.
  • You cannot buy it today: early access is opened in waitlist order.
  • No public API or MCP server for customers yet, and no Microsoft 365.
  • New product, no public reviews.

Precio: Planned pricing, not on sale yet: Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually (€49, €85 and €179 billed monthly), each with the CRM, all four channels and Copilot. Checked 23/10/2026.

More signals, or one system after the reply?

Unify, Common Room and Warmly solve the question of who to contact and when. They do less for what happens after someone answers: the reply, the call, the deal and the next step usually live in a CRM you pay for separately. For a team of one to ten, that second half is often where the pipeline leaks.

A small team that buys a signals tool still needs a CRM, a phone and somewhere to keep WhatsApp and LinkedIn conversations, then glues them together. GTM Flow starts from the other end: multichannel sequences, replies and calls land on the same record as the deal, and AI agents act on every reply and every call with a person approving. It does not find contacts for you, so it pairs well with a data tool. See the planned pricing or our guide to AI go-to-market platforms.

Which Unify alternative to choose, by use case

The right Unify alternative depends on which part of Unify you need. For contacts and sequences together, Apollo. To build lists your own way, Clay. For a signals suite on one contract, Amplemarket or Common Room. For website visitors, Warmly. For sequences only, lemlist. For the CRM and every channel in one place, GTM Flow.

  • Stay on Unify if you already have a CRM you like and your bottleneck is finding the right accounts at the right time.
  • Apollo if you want contacts, sequences and a basic pipeline in one product.
  • Clay if someone on the team enjoys building data workflows.
  • Amplemarket or Common Room if you are a funded team that wants signals on a single annual contract.
  • Warmly if your website traffic is your best buying signal.
  • lemlist if you only need multichannel sequences; see also our Instantly alternatives and the multichannel outreach CRM guide.
  • GTM Flow if you want cold email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls in the same system as the pipeline. You cannot buy it today: join the GTM Flow waitlist and we will get in touch in sign-up order.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Unify alternative?

It depends on which part of Unify you rely on. For a contact database with sequences, Apollo. For building lists from many data sources, Clay. For data, signals and sequences on one contract, Amplemarket. For signals across a larger team, Common Room. For website visitors, Warmly. For sequences only, lemlist. For the CRM and every channel in one place, GTM Flow, which is in early access.

How much does Unify cost?

As of 23 October 2026, Unify's pricing page shows a free plan for up to 3 seats, Base at $20 per seat a month with 800 credits, Pro at $60 per seat a month with 2,400 credits, both billed monthly, and a custom Business plan billed annually. Older articles quoting $1,740 a month refer to a plan the page no longer lists.

Is Unify a CRM?

No. Unify is an outbound and signals platform that works next to a CRM. Its pricing page lists read-only HubSpot and Salesforce sync on Pro and read-write sync on Business, with no CRM sync on Free or Base. If you want deals and outreach in the same product, Apollo and GTM Flow include a pipeline of their own.

Is there a free alternative to Unify?

Apollo and Clay both have free plans, as does Unify itself for up to 3 seats. Free plans in this category are limited by credits, so they work for testing, not for prospecting every day. Check what each free plan leaves out, especially enrichment and sending, before you move a team onto it.

Does Unify support LinkedIn and WhatsApp?

Unify's documented sequence steps are automatic email, manual email, phone call and action item, and its multichannel use case includes a LinkedIn connection request. Its pricing page does not mention WhatsApp or SMS. GTM Flow has LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits and WhatsApp on the record and in sequences.

The CRM with prospecting built in

GTM Flow brings the CRM, cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls into one system, with AI that tells you what to do next. Early access for founders and small sales teams. See how it works
