HubSpot + Instantly + HeyReach: what the stack really costs
HubSpot Sales Hub Starter, Instantly Growth and HeyReach Growth cost $146 a month for one rep on monthly billing, $344 for three and $542 for five, at list prices checked on 23 October 2026. HeyReach is billed per LinkedIn sender, so it is most of the bill. Here is the maths by team size, what the prices leave out, and when one tool makes more sense.

The short answer: $146 a month for one rep, $542 for five
On monthly billing, HubSpot Sales Hub Starter is $20 a seat, Instantly Growth is $47 a month for the whole workspace and HeyReach Growth is $79 per LinkedIn sender. One rep pays $146 a month, three reps $344 and five reps $542, per each vendor's pricing page on 23 October 2026. Annual billing brings five reps down to about $393.
A note on transparency. This guide is written by the GTM Flow team, and GTM Flow is built to replace this stack, so read it with that in mind. Every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked on 23 October 2026, and every source is linked at the end. Where a page does not say something, we say so instead of guessing.
| Tool and plan | What it does in the stack | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Charged per |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot Sales Hub Starter | CRM: contacts, companies, deals, pipeline | $20 | From $7 | Seat |
| Instantly Growth (Outreach) | Cold email sequences from many mailboxes | $47 | $37.60 | Workspace |
| HeyReach Growth | LinkedIn outreach campaigns | $79 | $64 | LinkedIn sender |
| Team | Monthly billing | In euros | Annual billing | In euros |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $146 | €130 | $108.60 | €97 |
| 3 reps | $344 | €307 | $250.60 | €224 |
| 5 reps | $542 | €484 | $392.60 | €351 |
The cost by team size, and why HeyReach is most of the bill
HubSpot and HeyReach are charged per person and Instantly per workspace, so the bill grows with every rep. For five reps on monthly billing, HeyReach is $395 of the $542, HubSpot $100 and Instantly $47. Instantly Growth also caps the whole workspace at 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month, which a team of five can outgrow.
A founder selling alone. One HubSpot Starter seat ($20), one Instantly Growth workspace ($47) and one HeyReach sender ($79) come to $146 a month, or about €130. On annual billing it is $108.60, about €97. Instantly is a third of the bill at this size, because it is a flat fee whether one person or ten use it.
Three reps. Three HubSpot seats ($60), one Instantly workspace ($47) and three HeyReach senders ($237) come to $344 a month, about $115 per rep. On annual billing, $250.60. HeyReach is now 69% of the total, because each rep who prospects on LinkedIn is another sender.
Five reps. Five HubSpot seats ($100), one Instantly workspace ($47) and five HeyReach senders ($395) come to $542 a month, about $108 per rep. Five reps share Instantly Growth's 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month, about 1,000 emails each. If that is not enough, Instantly Hypergrowth is $97 a month (125,000 emails, 25,000 contacts), and the stack becomes $592 a month.
None of these numbers include taxes. They are list prices, so a sales rep may offer you less, and HeyReach advertises a discounted early-stage programme for companies under $250,000 in annual revenue and fewer than five people, without publishing the price.
What the list prices leave out
The three prices buy a CRM, a cold email sender and a LinkedIn tool, not a working system. Sequences inside HubSpot need Sales Hub Professional at $100 a seat plus a $1,500 onboarding fee. Mailboxes, domains and LinkedIn accounts are paid separately. WhatsApp and calls are not in this stack at all, and someone has to keep three inboxes and three databases in sync.
- Sequences in HubSpot are a Professional feature. HubSpot's knowledge base lists sequences for Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, with an assigned sales seat, on 23 October 2026. Starter is the CRM; Instantly and HeyReach do the sequences. If you want follow-ups inside HubSpot too, Professional is $100 a seat on monthly payment ($90 on annual) plus a required one-off onboarding fee of $1,500.
- Mailboxes and domains. Instantly includes unlimited email accounts, but you buy the mailboxes and the domains from your email provider. That cost is the same with any tool that sends from your own mailboxes, GTM Flow included, so we leave it out of both sides.
- LinkedIn accounts. HeyReach charges per sender, and each sender is a LinkedIn profile you already have. Many teams also pay for Sales Navigator. It is not in our totals, because it does not change with the tool you choose.
- WhatsApp and calls. This stack has neither. Adding them means another tool or integration on top. Our pricing calculator adds a dialer and a meeting recorder to show the bigger stack.
- The glue. Email replies land in Instantly, LinkedIn replies in HeyReach's unified inbox, and the deal lives in HubSpot. Instantly's pricing page lists export to major CRMs, and HeyReach lists native Instantly and Smartlead integrations, but the setup and the duplicate contacts are your job.
The same team on GTM Flow
GTM Flow puts the CRM, cold email sequences, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls on one record and in one sequence. It is in early access at planned prices of €39 for one person on Solo and €69 a seat on Team, billed annually (€49 and €85 monthly). Five reps would pay €425 a month, against about €484 for the three-tool stack.
| Team | HubSpot + Instantly + HeyReach, monthly | GTM Flow planned, monthly | Stack, annual | GTM Flow planned, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | €130 | €49 (Solo) | €97 | €39 (Solo) |
| 3 reps | €307 | €255 (Team) | €224 | €207 (Team) |
| 5 reps | €484 | €425 (Team) | €351 | €345 (Team) |
Read the table honestly: the gap is large for a founder selling alone and small for five reps on annual billing, where the stack is €351 against €345. The saving for a team is less about the invoice than about the work in between: one database, one inbox, and one sequence that stops on every channel when someone replies.
In GTM Flow, a cadence can send email from your own mailboxes with rotation and per-mailbox daily caps, add LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits or as manual tasks, message on WhatsApp people who gave you their number and permission, and schedule a call in the browser with recording and notes. AI agents act on each reply and a Copilot runs what you ask once you confirm. See how prospecting works and the multichannel cadence template.
Where the three-tool stack is the better choice
The stack wins if you need to start today, if you send cold email at very high volume, if you run many LinkedIn senders or an agency, if your marketing and service teams already live in HubSpot, or if you need an API, Microsoft 365 or a HubSpot-native ecosystem. Each of the three is mature and specialised at its one job.
- You can buy it this week. All three are self-serve. GTM Flow has no self-serve sign-up: you request early access and teams are let in from the waitlist.
- Volume. Instantly Light Speed sends up to 500,000 emails a month for $358. GTM Flow sends from a team's own mailboxes and is not built for sending hundreds of thousands of emails.
- Many senders and agencies. HeyReach Agency is $999 a month with whitelabel, and Unlimited is $2,999 with unlimited senders under a fair-use cap of 300. GTM Flow is for teams of 1 to 10.
- The rest of HubSpot. If marketing and support already run on HubSpot, keeping the CRM there has real value, and HubSpot's free CRM covers up to two users.
- Integrations. HubSpot has a large app marketplace and an API. GTM Flow has no public API for customers yet, does not support Microsoft 365, and imports contacts by CSV: there is no HubSpot importer.
How to decide: keep the stack or move to one tool
Keep the stack if it already works, your volumes are high, or HubSpot runs your whole company. Consider one tool if you are a founder or a team of up to ten, prospect on LinkedIn and WhatsApp as well as email, and spend more time copying replies between tools than talking to prospects. Run your own numbers in the pricing calculator.
- Count your senders. Each rep on LinkedIn is $79 a month on HeyReach. That line decides most of the bill.
- Check your email volume. Under 5,000 emails a month for the team, Instantly Growth is enough; above it, Hypergrowth is $97.
- Ask where replies go. If someone copies replies from Instantly and HeyReach into HubSpot by hand, that time is part of the cost.
- List the channels you need. WhatsApp and calls are outside this stack; in GTM Flow they are on the same record.
- Check what you cannot give up. An API, Microsoft 365, the HubSpot marketing tools or buying today all point to keeping the stack for now.

For founders and teams of 1 to 10, it is built to: the CRM, cold email sequences from your own mailboxes, LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits, WhatsApp and calls sit on one record and one sequence. It does not replace HubSpot's marketing tools, very high email volumes or agency setups, and it has no public API, Microsoft 365 or HubSpot importer.
Can I move to GTM Flow today?
Not self-serve. GTM Flow is in early access and opens to teams in waitlist order, so you request access instead of signing up. Planned prices are Solo €39 for one person, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually. Contacts come in by CSV, so a HubSpot export is the way to bring them over.
