The question is not whether we beat a CRM. It is how many tools it takes to do what you do every day, and what they add up to.

GTM Flow, side by side.

The tools a sales team weighs GTM Flow against, and what each one is better for. What we say about them comes from their own site, with the date we checked it.

The incumbents

Proven platforms with years behind them, built for a company larger than you usually are when you buy them.

The modern field

CRMs built in the last few years, most with agents of their own. These are the closest comparisons, and the hard ones to decide.

GTM Flow vs AttioA database you model to taste, against a system that arrives with the selling motion in it.GTM Flow vs ZeroCRM and agents with a credit meter behind them, against one planned price per seat and sends that are not counted.
GTM Flow vs ClarifyAutomates CRM admin, against also running the conversation across all four channels.
GTM Flow vs LightfieldUnderstanding the customer from what they say, against understanding them and writing to them too.
GTM Flow vs MonacoA revenue engine for startups, against a system a founder can run alone from day one.
GTM Flow vs AhoyKeeps the pipeline current and preps the meeting, against that plus the prospecting that fills it.
GTM Flow vs folkA contact book that syncs everywhere, against a system that also builds the pipeline.

The single-purpose tools

They do one part of the job and do it well. The question is not whether they are good: it is how many you need at once and who keeps them wired together.

GTM Flow vs InstantlyCold email, with its own contact database separate from the CRM.
GTM Flow vs SmartleadCold email at volume, with rotated and warmed mailboxes.
GTM Flow vs LemlistCold email with personalisation and LinkedIn steps.
GTM Flow vs HeyReachLinkedIn across several profiles at once, with no CRM underneath.
GTM Flow vs DripifyLinkedIn sequences, with the history kept in its own tool.

How this is written

Choosing a CRM means comparing products that all describe themselves the same way. This is our attempt to do it honestly, knowing one of them is ours.

  1. We say what the other one is better for. Several of these beat GTM Flow for particular teams, and this page says so.
  2. There is no «winner» line. No tool wins at everything, ours included.
  3. What we say about each one comes from their own site, not from hearsay, and carries the date we checked it.
  4. If something changes and stops being true, we fix it. Prices are re-checked every quarter.
