Pipedrive alternatives and competitors: 7 options, and where Pipedrive still wins

The best Pipedrive alternatives in 2026 for a founder or a small sales team are HubSpot if you are starting with no budget, Zoho Bigin if you want a similar pipeline for less, Clientify if you sell over WhatsApp, folk or Attio if you work your network or want a custom CRM, and Salesflare for email and LinkedIn. Pipedrive still wins on a clear pipeline at a mid-tier price; it falls short when you also have to prospect.

Pipedrive alternatives at a glance

The Pipedrive alternatives that fit a founder or a team of one to ten best are HubSpot (free for up to 2 users), Zoho Bigin (from €7 per user per month billed annually), Clientify (official WhatsApp included), folk and Attio (relationship and custom CRMs) and Salesflare (email and LinkedIn). GTM Flow unites every channel with AI, but is in early access.

A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, and GTM Flow is one of the options on the list. We have tried to be fair to all of them, Pipedrive included. Prices are the public list prices from each vendor's pricing page, in euros where the vendor publishes European pricing, and every figure links to its source. Pipedrive's prices were checked again on 23 October 2026; the dates for each of the others are in the notes under each table and in the sources at the end.

  • To start without spending: HubSpot, with its free CRM for up to 2 users.
  • For a similar pipeline at a lower price: Zoho Bigin, from €7 per user per month billed annually.
  • To sell over WhatsApp in Spanish-speaking markets: Clientify.
  • To work your network and LinkedIn: folk.
  • To shape a CRM around your own data model: Attio.
  • For email and LinkedIn in a simple CRM: Salesflare.
  • For cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls in one place: GTM Flow, in early access.

Why look for a Pipedrive alternative

Pipedrive falls short when the job stops being moving opportunities along the pipeline and starts being finding them. Email sequences begin on the Growth plan (€39 per seat per month billed annually on 23 October 2026), calls need a Marketplace app, WhatsApp is still in beta and LinkedIn depends on third-party extensions. Every piece adds cost or another tool.

Start with what Pipedrive does well: a very clear visual pipeline, more than 500 integrations and a short learning curve. In 2025 it moved to Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate, replacing Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise, according to its help article on the new plans. This is how they look today:

Pipedrive planBilled annually (23 Oct 2026)Billed monthly (17 Sep 2026)What matters for prospecting
Lite€14 (€168 a year)€24Pipeline, calendar, AI reports and meeting intelligence; no sequences
Growth€39 (€468 a year)€49Full email sync with tracking, bulk email, automations and sequences
Premium€59 (€708 a year)€79Adds LeadBooster lead generation and routing, custom scoring, company enrichment and AI multi-email tools
Ultimate€79 (€948 a year)€99Extended phone and email data, sandbox account and extended phone support
Per seat per month, excluding VAT, from the Pipedrive pricing page. Annual prices checked on 23 October 2026. That day the page showed the monthly billing option and “save up to 42%” on annual billing, but not the monthly figures in its text, so the monthly column is the one we read on 17 September 2026; €14 against €24 is the 42% saving. 14-day free trial, no card required.
  • Cold email. Pipedrive sequences are available from Growth and combine manual or automated emails with follow-up tasks such as calls or meetings: up to 15 steps per sequence (the help article said 10 in September) and up to 500 deals or leads in each. The article shows how to stop a sequence by hand for one contact, for example when they reply on another channel. Email marketing campaigns are a separate add-on, Campaigns, which the pricing page shows “from €13.33”.
  • Calls. Pipedrive's help center says it has no built-in calling integration: you call through third-party Marketplace apps such as CloudTalk, Aircall or JustCall, from its mobile app, or with web-to-mobile, which starts the call on your phone from the web app and bills it to your phone plan.
  • WhatsApp. The Pipedrive WhatsApp integration is available from Growth, but it is still in beta and has not reached every customer. It runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which charges per delivered message.
  • LinkedIn. The pricing page does not include LinkedIn in any plan. One option is a Marketplace extension such as Surfe, which pushes LinkedIn contacts into Pipedrive and syncs messages.
  • Lead capture. LeadBooster, with Prospector for finding leads in a database, is included from Premium, along with custom scoring and company enrichment; the pricing page also sells LeadBooster as an add-on from €32.50.

If your team only needs a solid pipeline and prospecting already happens in a tool that works, staying on Pipedrive is reasonable. If you pay for Pipedrive plus a cold email tool, another for LinkedIn and another for calls, alternatives are worth a look. Our guide to B2B prospecting tools goes through those tools one by one.

Is there a CRM better than Pipedrive? Where Pipedrive wins and where it loses

No CRM on this page beats Pipedrive at everything. Pipedrive still wins on a visual pipeline a small team adopts quickly and on sequences in a mid-tier plan with no onboarding fee on its pricing page. It loses on free plans, built-in calling, official WhatsApp and LinkedIn, where competitors include more in their base plans.

Integration counts are the ones each vendor states.

So whether a CRM is better than Pipedrive depends on the gap you are trying to close. If Pipedrive runs your pipeline well and the gap is one channel, adding a single tool may be cheaper than switching. If you already pay for Pipedrive plus a cold email tool, a LinkedIn tool and a dialer, the comparison is with a CRM that runs multichannel prospecting on the same record.

Pipedrive's main competitors, by type of CRM

Pipedrive's competitors for a small B2B team fall into five groups: all-in-one suites such as HubSpot and Zoho CRM, light pipeline CRMs like Zoho Bigin, flexible or relationship CRMs such as Attio and folk, channel-first CRMs such as Salesflare and Clientify, and CRMs with prospecting built in, such as GTM Flow.

  • All-in-one suites: HubSpot and Zoho CRM. They compete on breadth, with marketing, service and sales on one platform and a free plan to start. Against Pipedrive, HubSpot costs more once you need sequences, and Zoho CRM costs less.
  • A CRM like Pipedrive: Zoho Bigin. If you want the same idea, a simple visual pipeline for a small team, Bigin is the closest: Express costs €7 per user per month billed annually, against €14 for Pipedrive Lite.
  • Flexible and relationship CRMs: Attio and folk. They compete for teams that sell through their network or want their own data model rather than a fixed sales process.
  • Channel-first CRMs: Salesflare and Clientify. They win where Pipedrive relies on apps: Salesflare on email and LinkedIn data entry, Clientify on official WhatsApp for Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Prospecting with the CRM inside: GTM Flow. Cold email, LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits, WhatsApp and calls run from the same record instead of being logged from other tools. It is in early access.

We leave out CRMs built for large sales organizations: this page is for founders and teams of one to ten. If you are choosing your first CRM rather than replacing one, start with our guide to choosing a CRM as a founder, and the comparison page puts GTM Flow next to HubSpot, Pipedrive and Instantly.

How to choose a Pipedrive alternative as a founder or small team

To choose a Pipedrive alternative, a founder or a small team should look at five things: the real cost per user once you add the extras you will need, which prospecting channels come included, the limits inside each plan, whether you can trial it with your own data, and who will actually use it every day a year from now.

  1. Add up the full cost, not the entry plan. Compare the price per user billed annually and monthly, then add the add-ons or tools you will use for cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls.
  2. Check where each channel actually lives. A CRM with sequences of its own is not the same as one that only logs what you do somewhere else. Check whether a reply stops the sequence by itself or you have to do it.
  3. Read the plan limits. Daily sends, number of sequences, call minutes or users included change a lot between plans, and they usually sit in the comparison table rather than on the price card.
  4. Trial it with your own data. Almost every option on this page has a free plan or a trial: import a real Pipedrive export and work in it for a week before deciding.
  5. Think about who will use it. If only the founder uses the CRM, speed wins; if a second rep joins, what wins is having the day's work (who to write to, who to call, what to answer) in a single place.

If you are still the one selling, our guide to founder-led sales covers how to organize that work before you pay for a tool.

The 7 Pipedrive alternatives, one by one

These are seven real alternatives to Pipedrive with verified pros and cons: HubSpot, Zoho Bigin, Clientify, folk, Attio, Salesflare and GTM Flow. None of them is the best for every team. Each entry explains who it fits, what it does better than Pipedrive, where it falls short and what it costs today on its official site.

HubSpot

hubspot.es

Founders starting with no budget, or teams that also do marketing and want everything on one platform.

HubSpot is the best-known Pipedrive alternative. Its free CRM covers up to 2 users and grows by module: Sales Hub, Marketing Hub or Service Hub. For a team that prospects, the jump that matters is Sales Hub Pro, which is where sequences live. We look at it closely in HubSpot alternatives.

A favor

  • Free CRM for up to 2 users, no card required.
  • Calls included from Starter (500 minutes), with recording and transcription from Pro.
  • Sequences on Pro, with up to 500 sends per user per day.
  • More than 2,000 integrations, plus marketing and service modules on the same platform.

En contra

  • Sequences are not in Starter: you have to move to Sales Hub Pro, at €90 per license per month billed annually plus €1,470 of mandatory onboarding.
  • Connecting WhatsApp to the conversations inbox requires Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise.
  • LinkedIn actions inside sequences require a Sales Navigator subscription.
  • Starter is shown discounted against a struck-through €20 list price: check how long that price lasts.

Precio: Free for up to 2 users. Starter from €7 per license per month billed annually (€10 billed monthly). Pro from €90 billed annually (€100 billed monthly with an annual commitment) plus €1,470 onboarding.

Zoho Bigin

bigin.com

  • Free plan for one user and Express from €7 per user per month billed annually.
  • Email integration and WhatsApp for business from Express.
  • Built-in phone and third-party telephony integration, even on the free plan.
  • Full refund within 45 days on annual billing or 30 days on monthly, per its pricing page.

En contra

  • No email sequences advertised: it offers bulk sending, up to 1,000 a day on Bigin 360.
  • LinkedIn shows up only as a Lead Ads forms integration, not for prospecting.
  • Limits change a lot between plans: the free one has a single pipeline and 500 records.

Precio: Free for 1 user. Express €7, Premier €12 and Bigin 360 €18 per user per month billed annually (Express, €9 billed monthly).

Clientify

clientify.com

Small businesses selling over WhatsApp in Spain and Latin America that also run marketing.

Clientify is a Spanish CRM with a single “all-in-one” plan that puts sales, marketing and messaging together. Its strength against Pipedrive is WhatsApp: official WhatsApp Business integration, a multi-user inbox, campaigns and a chatbot included in the base price.

  • Email marketing, landing pages, forms, quotes and e-signature with no add-ons.
  • VoIP telephony integration with providers such as Ringover, Zadarma or Netelip.
  • Support entirely in Spanish, which helps if your team sells in Spanish-speaking markets.

En contra

  • No cold email sequences or LinkedIn advertised on its pricing page.
  • The base price covers 1 user and 1,000 marketing contacts; with 2 users it goes to €54 per month billed annually.

  • Product, pricing page and support are in Spanish: it fits Spanish-speaking markets better than international teams.
  • The free trial lasts 7 days.

Precio: €39 per month billed annually (€468 a year) or €65 billed monthly, with 1 user included, plus tax.

Founders and small teams that sell through their network and through LinkedIn.

Founders who sell and sales teams of 1 to 10 who prospect by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone and want the CRM in the same place.

GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform with the CRM inside: companies, contacts, opportunities, lists and tasks, and on the same record the cold email sequences, the LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and the calls. Background AI agents act on every reply and every call, and a Copilot runs what you ask once you confirm. Our own sales team runs on it in production. You cannot buy it today: it is in early access, opened in waitlist order.

A favor

  • Cold email from your own mailboxes (Gmail, Google Workspace or any IMAP/SMTP), with mailbox rotation, per-mailbox caps, address checks at enrolment (syntax, MX records, disposable domains) and A/B variants with a per-variant report.
  • LinkedIn steps inside the sequence with per-profile limits (daily cap, three-week ramp, pending invitations), or as manual tasks.
  • WhatsApp on the company and contact record and as a sequence step with its own daily cap.
  • Calls from the browser with recording, transcription and automatic notes; AI agents read every reply, create the task, flag hot accounts and stop the cadence.
  • Imports CSV files, including HubSpot and Pipedrive exports, and syncs with Pipedrive over its API.

En contra

  • You cannot buy it today: early access is opened in waitlist order.
  • Planned pricing: Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually.
  • No public API or MCP server for customers yet, no mobile app and no contact database of its own.
  • On WhatsApp it connects the numbers you already use, not the official WhatsApp Business API.
  • New product, no public reviews.

Precio: Planned pricing, not on sale yet: Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually (€49, €85 and €179 billed monthly), each with the CRM, all four channels and Copilot. No credits and nothing metered per send. Checked 23/10/2026.

How to migrate from Pipedrive to another CRM

Pipedrive lets you export leads, deals, organizations, people, products, activities, notes and files as Excel or CSV from Tools and apps, in the account menu. Only global admins and users with permission can export, and the files stay downloadable for 28 days. Those files are what you prepare the import with.

  1. Clean up before exporting. Merge duplicates and close dead opportunities in Pipedrive: migrating dirty data only moves it somewhere else.
  2. Export by data type. In the account menu, go to Tools and apps > Export data, pick the type (people, organizations, deals, activities, notes and so on) and the Excel or CSV format, as the Pipedrive help article on exporting explains.
  3. Download in time. Files show up in the list of generated exports and stay available for 28 days. Files stored in Google Drive are not part of the global export.
  4. Export specific views if you need them. From a filtered list view you can export only those results, and from a deal detail you can export it as XLSX.
  5. Import in order. Companies first, then contacts linked to their company, and finally opportunities and activities, so the relationships survive.
  6. Run both for a week or two. Keep Pipedrive read-only while the team works in the new tool, and check nothing is missing before you cancel.

GTM Flow imports CSV files, including Pipedrive and HubSpot exports, syncs with Pipedrive over its API, and during early access we help you bring the data over, so the pipeline, deals and call notes start with your history. If part of your team comes from HubSpot, our HubSpot alternatives comparison covers how to export from there.

Which Pipedrive alternative to choose, by use case

The right Pipedrive alternative depends on what is wrong. If it is the price, Zoho Bigin. If it is starting without spending, HubSpot's free plan. If it is WhatsApp, Clientify. If it is your network and LinkedIn, folk. If it is a CRM you shape yourself, Attio. If it is simple email and LinkedIn, Salesflare. If it is every channel at once and you can wait, GTM Flow.

  • Stay on Pipedrive if your bottleneck is keeping the pipeline in order and you already have a prospecting tool that works. Growth, at €39 per seat per month billed annually, covers sequences of up to 15 steps.
  • Zoho Bigin if you want a similar pipeline for less: Express costs €7 per user per month billed annually.
  • HubSpot if you are starting with no budget and accept that sequences will arrive with Sales Hub Pro.
  • Clientify if your customers message you on WhatsApp and you want marketing and Spanish-language support in the same plan.
  • folk if you sell through your network and LinkedIn is your main channel.
  • Attio if your team wants to build its own data model and its own automations.
  • Salesflare if you prospect mostly by email and want LinkedIn alongside it without typing data in.
  • GTM Flow if you want cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls in a single tool, with AI agents that act on every reply. You cannot buy it today: join the GTM Flow waitlist and we will get in touch in sign-up order. The planned pricing is public.

Whichever you pick, sort the mailbox side out before you switch sequences on. Sending from your own domains, warming them up and handling unsubscribes properly is what decides whether your emails reach the inbox at all.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Pipedrive alternative?

There is no single best Pipedrive alternative: it depends on what you are missing. For a similar pipeline at a lower price, Zoho Bigin (Express, €7 per user per month billed annually). To start free, HubSpot (up to 2 users). For WhatsApp, Clientify. For LinkedIn and your network, folk. For a CRM you shape yourself, Attio. If you want cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls together, GTM Flow opens early access by waitlist.

Is there a free alternative to Pipedrive?

Yes. Pipedrive shows no free plan on its pricing page, only a 14-day trial. Free plans exist at HubSpot (up to 2 users), Zoho CRM (up to 3 users), Zoho Bigin (1 user) and Attio (up to 3 seats). All of them limit features: HubSpot free has no sequences and no calls, Bigin free holds 500 records, and Attio free allows 200 email sends per user per month.

Which is better, Pipedrive or HubSpot?

Pipedrive is better if you want a clear pipeline and sequences early: Growth costs €39 per seat per month billed annually and includes them. HubSpot is better if you are starting with no budget, because its CRM is free for up to 2 users, or if you also do marketing; its sequences sit in Sales Hub Pro, at €90 per license per month billed annually plus €1,470 onboarding. On LinkedIn, Pipedrive relies on Marketplace apps and HubSpot on a Sales Navigator subscription.

How do I export my data from Pipedrive?

In Pipedrive, open the account menu and go to Tools and apps > Export data. Pick the data type (people, organizations, deals, activities, notes or products) and the Excel or CSV format. The file appears in the list of generated exports and stays downloadable for 28 days. Only global admins and users with permission can export, and each person exports what their visibility lets them see.

How much does Pipedrive cost per month?

On its pricing page on 23 October 2026, Pipedrive costs, per seat per month and excluding VAT, €14 on Lite, €39 on Growth, €59 on Premium and €79 on Ultimate billed annually. Billed monthly they were €24, €49, €79 and €99 when we checked on 17 September 2026. It also sells add-ons such as Campaigns, from €13.33, and LeadBooster, from €32.50 and included from Premium upwards.

Who are Pipedrive's main competitors?

For small B2B teams, Pipedrive's main competitors are HubSpot and Zoho CRM as all-in-one suites, Zoho Bigin as the closest CRM like Pipedrive at a lower price, Attio and folk as flexible or relationship CRMs, Salesflare for email and LinkedIn, and Clientify for WhatsApp. GTM Flow competes from another angle: the CRM with cold email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls inside, in early access.

Is there a CRM better than Pipedrive?

Not at everything. Pipedrive still wins on a visual pipeline that a small team adopts quickly and on sequences from Growth, at €39 per seat per month billed annually. Other CRMs do better on specific gaps: HubSpot, Zoho and Attio have free plans, HubSpot and Bigin include calling, Clientify includes official WhatsApp, and folk and Salesflare bring LinkedIn into their entry plans.

Does Pipedrive have a WhatsApp integration?

Pipedrive has a WhatsApp integration available from the Growth plan, but its help center says it is still in beta and not yet available to every customer. It runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which charges per delivered message depending on its category, and starting a conversation means using a template Meta has approved.
