GTM Flow vs Zero: two AI CRMs for small sales teams, compared honestly

Zero is the better choice if you want to sign up today, need a built-in lead database of 350M+ contacts, an API and MCP server, or Outlook. GTM Flow is the better choice if you sell on WhatsApp as well as email, LinkedIn and phone, want one flat price per seat with no credits, or work in Spanish. GTM Flow is in early access; Zero is on sale.

GTM Flow vs Zero at a glance

Zero and GTM Flow are both AI CRMs with prospecting inside, built for startups. Zero sells self-serve today at $60 per seat a month for the first year, then $77, with 500 credits per seat and a 350M+ contact database. GTM Flow is in early access, at a planned €39 to €149 per seat with no credits, and adds WhatsApp.

A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, so read it knowing one of the two products is ours. Everything we say about Zero comes from its own website (zero.inc), checked on 23 October 2026, and every source is linked at the end. Where Zero's site does not say something, we say that instead of guessing.

Pricing: Zero's credits against a flat seat price

Zero Pro costs $60 per seat a month for the first 12 months and $77 after that, with 500 credits per seat a month pooled across the team. A verified email costs 1 credit, a phone number 10, and an AI step 0.1 to 5. GTM Flow plans a flat price per seat, €39 to €149, with no credits at all.

Zero's model is a seat plus a credit meter. The seat buys the CRM, the sequencer, the agents and access to the lead database; credits pay for the data you pull out of it and for the AI steps your agents run. The 14-day trial includes 2,000 credits, and the pricing page says credits double in your first month.

Extra pack of 3,000 credits$150 ($0.05 a credit)—
Zero pricing page, checked on 23 October 2026. Failed enrichment lookups are not charged and chat is included under fair use.

GTM Flow does the opposite on purpose: one planned price per seat, with the CRM, all four channels and the Copilot in every plan, and nothing counted per email, per LinkedIn step, per call or per AI action. Plans differ in Copilot requests (500, 1,000 or 3,000 a month) and seats. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

Which model costs less depends on how you work. If you pull hundreds of verified contacts a month from a database, Zero's credits buy you data GTM Flow does not sell at all. If you already have your lists and mostly need to work them across channels, a flat seat is easier to forecast.

Where Zero is the better choice

Zero wins if you want to start today without waiting, if you need lead data inside the CRM (350M+ contacts with verified emails and phone numbers), if you need an API or MCP server, if your team is on Outlook, or if you want a two-way HubSpot sync. It is also better funded, with $10.3M raised in September 2026.

  • You can start today. A 14-day trial with no credit card and 2,000 credits, then Pro self-serve. GTM Flow has no self-serve sign-up: you join the waitlist.
  • Its own lead database. Zero lists 350M+ contacts with verified data and unlimited searches, so you can build lists by ICP and buying signals without a separate data tool. GTM Flow has no contact database of its own.
  • API, MCP and agents you configure. Pro includes full access to agent context, an MCP server and an API, plus agents with triggers, schedules, research and actions, and a Slack agent. GTM Flow has no public API or MCP server for customers yet.
  • Microsoft and more integrations. Zero connects Outlook and Outlook Calendar, notetakers such as Fathom, Granola and Fireflies.ai, support tools, Stripe and PostHog, and keeps a two-way sync with HubSpot. GTM Flow does not support Microsoft 365.
  • Migration help. Zero migrates from HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive, Affinity and CSV, and Scale adds white-glove onboarding. GTM Flow imports CSV files only.
  • Funding and runway. Zero raised a $2.7M pre-seed led by 20VC in December 2024 and a $10.3M seed led by Primary Venture Partners on 15 September 2026. GTM Flow has announced no funding.

Where GTM Flow is the better choice

GTM Flow wins if your buyers answer on WhatsApp, if you want email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls in one sequence on the same record, if you want a price with no credits to forecast, if you work in Spanish, or if you sell alone and want a single-seat plan at a planned €39 a month.

  • WhatsApp as a channel. GTM Flow puts WhatsApp on the company and contact record and as a sequence step with its own daily cap, only for people who gave you their number and permission. Zero's sequencer covers email and LinkedIn; its site shows WhatsApp messages in the activity timeline but does not list it as a sequence channel. Our WhatsApp CRM guide explains the rules.
  • Four channels in one sequence. Email from your own mailboxes, LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits (daily cap, three-week ramp, pending invitations) or as manual tasks, WhatsApp and calls, in one cadence that stops when someone replies. See how prospecting works.
  • No credit meter. Sends, LinkedIn steps, calls and AI actions are not counted. You plan one number per seat.
  • Spanish. The interface is in English and Spanish, and the team behind it sells in Spain every day. Zero's site does not mention languages.
  • A plan for one person. Solo is a planned €39 a month for a founder who sells alone. Zero has one self-serve plan, Pro, priced per seat.

Calls are close to a draw. Zero has a built-in dialer and its agents read call transcripts to create or update deals. GTM Flow calls from the browser with recording, transcription and automatic notes, and its agents read every reply and every call to create the task and stop the cadence. The difference is cost, not capability: in GTM Flow none of it uses credits.

Channels side by side: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls

Both tools run email and LinkedIn sequences and both let you call from the CRM. The differences are WhatsApp, which GTM Flow runs as a sequence step and Zero does not list as one, the email providers each connects, and whether finding a contact's phone or email costs credits, which in Zero it does.

A note on LinkedIn: neither tool should be read as a way to bypass LinkedIn's own limits. In GTM Flow each profile has a daily cap and a ramp-up, and any step can be done by hand instead. The multichannel outreach CRM guide covers the rules each channel has to respect.

GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform with the CRM inside: companies, contacts, opportunities, lists and tasks, and on the same record the cold email sequences, the LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and the calls. Background AI agents act on every reply and every call, and a Copilot runs what you ask once you confirm. Our own sales team runs on it in production. You cannot buy it today: it is in early access.

How to decide between Zero and GTM Flow

Pick Zero if you need to start this week, need contact data inside the CRM, an API or Outlook. Pick GTM Flow if WhatsApp is one of your channels, if you want one predictable price per seat, or if you sell in Spanish. If you already have your lists and sell alone, GTM Flow's planned Solo plan is the cheaper seat.

  1. Do you need to buy now? If yes, Zero. GTM Flow opens in waitlist order.
  2. Where do your contacts come from? If you need a database to find them, Zero includes one. If you bring them from your own lists, events or inbound, that part of Zero's price buys you little.
  3. Which channels answer? If your buyers reply on WhatsApp, GTM Flow. If email and LinkedIn are enough, both work.
  4. How do you want to pay? Seat plus credits (Zero) or a flat seat with no meter (GTM Flow).
  5. Which tools must it connect to? Outlook, HubSpot sync, an API or MCP point to Zero today.

Extra credits cost $60 for 1,000 or $150 for 3,000. Scale is priced on request with a minimum of 10 seats. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card.

What are Zero credits used for?

Zero credits pay for data and AI work: a verified email costs 1 credit, a phone number 10 credits, and an agent AI step or AI property between 0.1 and 5 credits depending on complexity. Failed enrichment lookups are not charged and chat is included under fair use, according to Zero's pricing page on 23 October 2026.

Does Zero support WhatsApp?

Zero's sequencer is listed as email and LinkedIn, and its integrations list does not include WhatsApp. Its homepage shows WhatsApp messages as an activity type in the customer timeline, but on 23 October 2026 it did not describe WhatsApp as a sequence channel. GTM Flow runs WhatsApp on the record and as a sequence step with its own daily cap.

Is GTM Flow a good Zero alternative?

GTM Flow is a good Zero alternative if you bring your own contacts and sell across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone, want a flat price per seat with no credits, or work in Spanish. It is not the right one if you need a contact database, an API or Outlook today, or need to buy this week: it is in early access.

Can I try GTM Flow today?

Not self-serve. GTM Flow is in early access and opens to teams in waitlist order, so you request access instead of signing up. Planned prices are Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually. Zero, by contrast, offers a 14-day trial you can start yourself without a credit card.
