GTM Flow vs Attio: a flexible CRM against a CRM with the prospecting inside

Attio and GTM Flow are both newer CRMs for startups, but they solve different problems. Attio is the better choice if you want to design your own data model, buy today on a free plan and plug into a large app ecosystem. GTM Flow is the better choice if you prospect by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone and want all four in one sequence. GTM Flow is in early access.

GTM Flow vs Attio at a glance

Attio is a flexible, well-funded CRM where you shape objects, lists and workflows yourself, with a free plan for up to 3 seats and email sequences on Pro at €74 a seat a month billed annually. GTM Flow is a CRM with the prospecting inside: email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls in one sequence. It is in early access, at a planned €39 to €149 per seat.

A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, so read it knowing one of the two products is ours. Everything we say about Attio comes from its own website and help centre (attio.com and docs.attio.com), checked on 23 October 2026, except its funding, which comes from press coverage of the round. Every source is linked at the end. Where Attio's site does not say something, we say that instead of guessing.

The real difference: a CRM you design against one that prospects

Attio's strength is the data model: you decide which objects, attributes, lists and workflows the CRM has, and connect it to its App Store and an API. Prospecting is one more module, with email-only sequences on Pro. GTM Flow fixes the model and puts the effort into outreach: four channels in one sequence, with AI agents acting on every reply and call.

Attio is built for teams that want the CRM to fit how they work rather than the other way round. You can add custom objects beyond people, companies and deals, enrich records automatically, build workflows, and reach your data through its API or its hosted MCP server, which lets AI tools search and update records. That is a real advantage if your sales motion is unusual, such as investor relations, partnerships or a marketplace with two sides.

On 23 October 2026, Attio's sequences help page describes sequences made of email steps and waits, sent through your synced Gmail or Microsoft account, with up to 1,000 recipients enrolled at a time. Its email outbox page caps each synced mailbox at 12 emails an hour and 200 a day, sequences included. Attio's own help pages do not describe LinkedIn, WhatsApp or call steps inside a sequence; those channels come from apps in its App Store.

GTM Flow treats those channels as part of the sequence. One cadence can send email from your own mailboxes, add LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits or as manual tasks, send a WhatsApp message to people who gave you their number and permission, and schedule a call, all on the same record. When someone replies on any channel, the cadence stops and the AI agents create the task. See how prospecting works and how conversations land on the record.

Pricing: Attio's four plans against GTM Flow's three

Attio starts lower than GTM Flow: Free costs nothing for up to 3 seats and Plus is €31 a seat billed annually. But sequences and call recording start on Pro, at €74 a seat billed annually or €93 monthly. GTM Flow plans €39 to €149 per seat with sequences on every plan, and nothing is metered per send, call or agent action.

AttioAnnual (per seat a month)MonthlyWhat it adds
Free€0€0Up to 3 seats, 3 objects, 50,000 records, 200 emails a month per user, 100 AI credits per seat
Plus€31€39Up to 10 seats, private lists, 1,000 emails a month per user, 500 AI credits per seat
Pro€74€93Sequences, call recording with transcripts and AI summaries, advanced reporting, 1,000 AI credits per seat

Attio pricing page and plans and features page, checked on 23 October 2026. Workspace credits, shared by AI features and workflows, are 250, 1,500 and 10,000 a month on Free, Plus and Pro; extra packs start at +5,000 credits for €70 to €85 a month.

Attio's workflows and AI features draw from a monthly pool of workspace credits, and each seat has its own credits for Ask Attio. If your workflows run out of credits, Attio sells extra packs. Phone calls need a separate telephony app such as Aircall or RingCentral, and two-way WhatsApp needs the TimelinesAI app, each with its own subscription.

GTM Flow plans Solo at €39 for one person, Team at €69 and Scale at €149 per seat a month billed annually (€49, €85 and €179 billed monthly). Every plan has the CRM, sequences on all four channels and the Copilot; plans differ in Copilot requests (500, 1,000 or 3,000 a month) and team features. Sends, LinkedIn steps, calls and agent actions are not counted. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

The honest maths: if you only need a flexible CRM, Attio Free and Plus are cheaper than anything GTM Flow plans. If you need sequences, the fair comparison is Attio Pro at €74 a seat against GTM Flow Team at a planned €69: for five seats, €370 against €345 a month billed annually. The gap is small; what changes is that GTM Flow's sequence also covers LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls.

Where Attio is the better choice

Attio wins if you need to start today or want a free plan, if you want to design your own data model with custom objects, if you need an API, an MCP server or a large app ecosystem, if you record video meetings on Zoom, Meet or Teams, or if you want a vendor with deep funding and thousands of customers behind it.

  • You can start today, for free. The Free plan covers up to 3 seats, and Attio offers a 14-day trial of Pro. GTM Flow has no self-serve sign-up: you join the waitlist.
  • A flexible data model. Custom objects (up to 12 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise), custom attributes, private lists and workflows. GTM Flow's model is fixed: companies, contacts, opportunities, lists and tasks.
  • API, MCP and ecosystem. API access on every plan, a hosted MCP server for AI tools and an App Store with apps such as Aircall, RingCentral, Ringover and JustCall. GTM Flow has no public API or MCP server for customers yet.
  • Microsoft mailboxes. Attio sends through synced Gmail or Microsoft 365 accounts. GTM Flow does not support Microsoft 365.
  • Video meeting recording. On Pro, a recorder joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls and returns transcripts, AI summaries and insights. GTM Flow records the calls you make from the browser, not video meetings.
  • Funding and scale. Attio raised a $52 million Series B in August 2025, backed by GV, Redpoint Ventures and Balderton Capital, for about $116 million in total; press coverage of the round put its customers at more than 5,000 companies. GTM Flow is a new product with no public reviews yet.

Where GTM Flow is the better choice

GTM Flow wins if your prospects answer on LinkedIn and WhatsApp as well as email, and you want those steps in the same sequence; if you want sequences without paying for Attio Pro; if you make phone calls without adding a telephony app; if you do not want to design a CRM before selling; or if you work in Spanish.

  • Four channels in one sequence. Email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls in the same cadence, with a daily cap per LinkedIn profile, a three-week ramp and a limit on pending invitations, and any step can be done by hand. Attio's sequences are email steps.
  • WhatsApp without another subscription. WhatsApp is on the record and can be a sequence step with its own daily cap, only for people who gave you their number and permission. Our WhatsApp CRM guide covers the rules. In Attio, two-way WhatsApp comes from the TimelinesAI app.
  • Phone calls built in. Calls from the browser with recording, transcription and automatic notes, on every plan. In Attio, phone calls need a telephony app.
  • Sequences on every plan. In Attio they start on Pro at €74 a seat billed annually. In GTM Flow they are in Solo too.
  • Cold email from your own mailboxes. Mailbox rotation, per-mailbox daily caps and address checks at enrolment. The B2B cold email guide explains why that matters.
  • Nothing to design and nothing metered. The model is ready on day one, and sends, LinkedIn steps, calls and agent actions are not counted against credits.
  • Spanish. The interface is in English and Spanish, and the team behind it sells in Spain every day.
