lemlist alternatives for teams that want a CRM, not another sending tool
The best lemlist alternatives in 2026 are Instantly or Smartlead if you only need cheaper email sending, La Growth Machine if LinkedIn comes first, and HeyReach if you run many LinkedIn senders. If your real problem is that replies never reach the pipeline, look at a CRM with the conversations inside: Breakcold syncs them from your outreach tool, and GTM Flow runs the sequences itself.

lemlist alternatives at a glance
The lemlist alternatives that fit a founder or a sales team of one to ten are Instantly and Smartlead for email at volume, La Growth Machine for LinkedIn first, HeyReach for many LinkedIn senders, Breakcold for a CRM that collects replies from every channel, and GTM Flow for a CRM that runs the sequences itself, in early access.
A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, and GTM Flow is one of the options on the list. lemlist is a mature product that does several things better than we do, and we say which. Prices are the public list prices from each vendor's pricing page, checked on 23 October 2026, with their currency and billing period, and every source is linked at the end.
- For cheaper email sending priced by contacts: Instantly or Smartlead.
- When LinkedIn is the main channel and email follows: La Growth Machine.
- For agencies running many LinkedIn sender profiles: HeyReach.
- For a CRM that pulls in replies from your outreach tool: Breakcold.
- For sequences, replies and pipeline on the same record: GTM Flow, in early access.
- Stay on lemlist if deliverability, its lead database and a CRM you already keep up to date are what you need.
What lemlist does well, and why teams still look elsewhere
lemlist wins on deliverability, on lead data and on maturity: warm-up through lemwarm on every plan, a database it puts at more than 650 million leads, and email, LinkedIn steps, calls and SMS in one sequence on Multichannel. Teams look elsewhere when the per-user price adds up, or when replies have to be copied into a separate CRM.
Start with what lemlist does better than most of this list, GTM Flow included. Its pricing page lists lemwarm warm-up and built-in deliverability protections on all plans, a lead database of more than 650 million contacts with an email and phone finder, CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, an API and an MCP server. It has been on the market for years, with a large template library and community. If sending well is the job, that matters.
| lemlist plan | Billed annually (per user a month) | Without the annual discount | Channels | Sending |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $55 | $69 | Unlimited senders, 50,000 emails a month | ||
| Multichannel | $87 | $109 | Email, LinkedIn steps, calls, SMS; WhatsApp as an add-on | 5 senders per user |
| Enterprise | On request | On request | Multichannel, plus use from inside your CRM | At least 5 senders per user |
- Per-user pricing. Three people on Multichannel cost $261 a month billed annually, before enrichment or intent add-ons.
- Data is a second meter. Enrichment and intent signals are credits on top of the plan.
- The pipeline lives somewhere else. lemlist tells you who replied and syncs to your CRM. The opportunity, the call notes and the next step are worked in another tool, and someone keeps the two in step.
Another sending tool, or a CRM with the outreach inside?
Before you compare tools, decide which problem you have. If you need cheaper sending or more LinkedIn senders, swap lemlist for another outreach tool and keep your CRM. If you are a small team losing replies between the sender and the CRM, swapping senders changes nothing: you need the outreach and the pipeline on the same record.
Search for «lemlist alternatives» and almost every result lists other sending tools. That is the right answer for half of the people searching. The other half run a stack of a sender, a CRM, a LinkedIn tool and a phone, and their problem is the copying between them. Our guide to the multichannel outreach CRM explains what changes when the sequence runs from the CRM record.
- Count your senders and your volume. Tens of thousands of emails a month from many domains is a job for a dedicated sender.
- Count your open opportunities. If a handful of people work a few hundred accounts across several channels, the CRM is the centre.
- Check where a reply ends up. If it lands in a separate inbox and has to be logged by hand, that is the cost you are trying to remove.
- Check how LinkedIn is handled. Prefer tools that keep LinkedIn steps within per-profile limits and let you do a step by hand. A tool that pushes past those limits puts the sender's own profile at risk, whatever the vendor promises.

Which lemlist alternative to choose, by use case
The right lemlist alternative depends on what you are short of. If it is cheaper sending, Instantly or Smartlead. If it is LinkedIn first, La Growth Machine, or HeyReach for many senders. If it is a CRM that sees every chat, Breakcold. If it is the sequence and the pipeline on one record, GTM Flow. And if it is deliverability and data, stay on lemlist.
- Stay on lemlist if deliverability, its lead database and many channels in one sequence are what you use, and your CRM already captures every reply.
- Instantly or Smartlead if email is the only channel and you want a lower bill that does not grow per user.
- La Growth Machine if LinkedIn is where your conversations start.
- HeyReach if you run many LinkedIn sender profiles, for an agency or a team.
- Breakcold if you want a CRM today and are happy to keep a sending tool beside it.
- GTM Flow if you want sequences, replies and the pipeline in one system, with AI that proposes and a person who approves. See how sequences work inside the CRM and the planned pricing. You cannot buy it today: join the GTM Flow waitlist.
Whichever you pick, set up domains, authentication and unsubscribes before you send: Google's and Yahoo's sender requirements apply to every tool on this list. Our guide to B2B cold email covers that part, and the full comparison page lists every other comparison we have written.

No. lemlist is an outreach platform: it runs email, LinkedIn, call and SMS steps, with WhatsApp as an add-on, and syncs with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. On 23 October 2026 its Multichannel plan cost $87 per user a month billed annually. The opportunity, the pipeline and the call notes still live in your CRM.
Is there a cheaper alternative to lemlist?
On entry price, Smartlead Base costs $32 a month billed annually and Instantly Growth $37.6, against $55 per user for lemlist Email, all checked on 23 October 2026. Both are email only. Compare what each plan caps, contacts, emails or senders, at the volume you expect next quarter, and add any credits or add-ons you would buy on top.
Which lemlist alternative is best for LinkedIn?

GTM Flow has LinkedIn steps inside the CRM with per-profile limits and an optional manual step. Whichever you pick, check how it caps activity per profile and whether you can do a step by hand.
Does lemlist include email warm-up?
Yes. lemlist's pricing page lists lemwarm warm-up and built-in deliverability protections on all plans, as of 23 October 2026. Instantly also lists unlimited warm-up on its outreach plans. GTM Flow does not offer a warm-up network: it rotates your own mailboxes, caps each one and checks addresses at enrolment. Warm-up helps, but it does not replace authentication and a clean list.
