The best Kommo alternatives for B2B sales in 2026 are respond.io if you handle a high volume of chats, Pipedrive or HubSpot if the sales pipeline matters more than the inbox, folk if you sell through your network, Breakcold if you want every chat app in one CRM inbox, and GTM Flow if WhatsApp is one channel next to cold email, LinkedIn and calls.

Kommo alternatives at a glance
Kommo is the reference CRM for selling over WhatsApp and social messaging, from $25 per user a month with a 6-month minimum. The alternatives that fit B2B best are respond.io (from $79 a month for 5 users), Pipedrive (WhatsApp in beta from Growth), HubSpot, folk, Breakcold and GTM Flow, which is in early access.
Transparency note. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, and GTM Flow is one of the options on the list. We have tried to be fair to every tool, Kommo included, and we say where it wins. Prices are the public ones on each vendor's official site, checked on October 23, 2026 unless the source shows another date, before tax and before what Meta charges per message. Every source is linked at the end.
- For a support and sales team answering lots of chats: respond.io.
- For a classic sales pipeline with WhatsApp on the side: Pipedrive.
- For teams already paying for Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional: HubSpot.
- For selling through your network, with WhatsApp synced: folk.
- For one inbox across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram, with outreach sent from another tool: Breakcold.
- For B2B prospecting by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls on one record, with AI: GTM Flow, in early access.
Where Kommo wins (and why it is the first answer)
Kommo wins when sales come in through messaging: it connects WhatsApp through Meta's Cloud API without charging for the integration, turns every incoming message into a lead card, puts Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and TikTok in the same inbox, and adds no-code bots and AI agents from Advanced. For conversational sales with heavy inbound volume, it is hard to beat.
Ask an AI assistant for a "CRM with WhatsApp" and Kommo usually comes up first, for good reasons. Its WhatsApp CRM page says the native integration gives access to the WhatsApp Cloud API, that "Kommo doesn't charge any fees for using the WhatsApp Business integration", and that every incoming message creates a lead card. These are its plans today, from its pricing page:
| Kommo plan | Price per user a month | Billed | WhatsApp numbers | AI agents |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base | $25 | $150 per user every 6 months | 1, plus 1 per added user | Not listed |
| Advanced | $35 | $210 per user every 6 months | 3, plus 1 per added user | Up to 3 |
| Pro | $45 | $270 per user every 6 months | Unlimited | Up to 50 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Everything in Pro |
- A real messaging inbox. WhatsApp, Instagram (direct messages and comments), Facebook pages, Telegram and TikTok connected in the same workspace.
- No WhatsApp toll. Kommo does not charge for the integration; you pay Meta for the templates and messages its rate card charges.
- Every incoming message becomes a lead. The card is created on its own with the conversation history and contact details.
- Bots and AI agents. Salesbot fills in records, assigns reps and moves leads through the pipeline; AI agents come from Advanced, with monthly credits per user.
- WhatsApp broadcasts to many contacts at once through the API, plus lead capture from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn lead forms.
- Message templates and maturity. Years of building around WhatsApp show in the templates, the bot builder and the marketplace of integrations.
If your business lives on answering fast when people message you on WhatsApp or Instagram, staying on Kommo is a sensible call. If you first want to understand what Meta charges and what WhatsApp's policy says about opt-in, our guide to a CRM with WhatsApp for B2B sales covers both with dates.
Why a B2B team looks for a Kommo alternative
B2B teams look beyond Kommo for four reasons: the 6-month upfront payment, that its strength is inbound messaging rather than outbound prospecting, that calls depend on integrations such as Twilio or CloudTalk, and that LinkedIn appears only as a source of ad lead forms, not as a conversation channel on the record.
- Commitment. Per its pricing page, the minimum period is 6 months with no monthly option: a team of 3 on Advanced pays $630 upfront every half year.
- Built for what comes in. One card per incoming message is perfect for a business that receives hundreds of chats. In B2B, where a deal runs for months and involves several people at the same company, the account record matters more than the inbox.
- Email exists, but it is not cold email. Kommo's help center describes a synced IMAP/SMTP mailbox (Inbox and Sent only), templates and rule-based sends. Its pricing page does not mention cold email sequences across several mailboxes or sending caps.
- Calls by integration. Call reporting requires connecting tools such as Twilio, RingCentral or CloudTalk.
- LinkedIn. The pricing page mentions it only for capturing leads from ad forms.
None of this makes Kommo a bad tool; it describes what Kommo is built for. If you are still the one selling and are not sure which channel matters most, our guide to B2B prospecting tools walks through each one.
How to choose a Kommo alternative
To pick a Kommo alternative, answer five questions first: whether your sales come in by chat or you go out and find them, how many WhatsApp numbers you need, whether you want to pay month to month, which other channels must live on the same record, and who pays Meta's message fees, which are billed separately in any tool on the API.
- Inbound or outbound. If people message you, favor the shared inbox and bots (Kommo, respond.io). If you prospect, favor the deal history and sequences (Pipedrive, HubSpot, GTM Flow).
- WhatsApp numbers. Kommo gives 1 on Base and 3 on Advanced; HubSpot allows up to 25 per WhatsApp Business account.
- Billing. Kommo asks for 6 months upfront; respond.io, Pipedrive, folk and Breakcold publish monthly prices.
- Channels on the same record. Cold email, LinkedIn and calls: only some tools bring them together with WhatsApp.
- Meta's fees. Since October 1, 2026, Meta also charges for service messages beyond the first 1,000 each month. Ask every vendor who invoices them.

The 6 Kommo alternatives, one by one
These are six real Kommo alternatives for B2B sales, with pros and cons: respond.io, Pipedrive, HubSpot, folk, Breakcold and GTM Flow. None beats Kommo at everything. Each card says who it fits, what it does better, where it falls short and what it costs today according to its official site.
respond.io
respond.ioSupport and sales teams handling a high volume of chats on WhatsApp and other messaging apps.
respond.io is a customer conversation platform, not a sales CRM: it centers on the messaging inbox, workflows and AI agents, and connects to CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Compared with Kommo, it charges per workspace with users included instead of per user, and every plan with a public price can be paid monthly.
A favor
- Starter includes 5 users; Growth and Advanced include 10.
- AI agents and workflows from Growth.
- Monthly billing on every plan with a published price.
- Built for large teams answering many chats at once.
En contra
- Not a sales CRM: the pipeline and deals usually live in another tool.
- Price also depends on monthly active contacts.
- Meta charges WhatsApp messages separately, and the pricing page does not spell out which channels each plan includes.
Precio: Starter $79 a month billed annually ($99 monthly) with 5 users, Growth $159 ($199) and Advanced $279 ($349) with 10 users; Enterprise is custom. Checked 10/23/2026.
Pipedrive
pipedrive.comSmall sales teams that live in the pipeline and want WhatsApp next to their deals.
Pipedrive is a CRM built around the sales pipeline. According to its help center, its own WhatsApp integration links each incoming message to the person by phone number and lets you attach the conversation to a deal, but it is still in beta. Compared with Kommo, it wins on deal management and sequences and loses on messaging. We break it down in Pipedrive alternatives.
A favor
- A very clear visual pipeline and a 14-day trial without a card.
- Sequences and automations from Growth.
- WhatsApp conversations linked to the person and the deal.
- More than 500 integrations in its Marketplace.
En contra
- WhatsApp is still in beta, not available to every customer and not on Lite.
- No Instagram, Telegram or TikTok inbox comparable to Kommo's.
- Calls through Marketplace apps; Meta charges each message separately.
Precio: Lite €14, Growth €39, Premium €59 and Ultimate €79 per seat a month billed annually, before VAT, from Pipedrive's euro pricing page. WhatsApp from Growth. Checked 10/23/2026.
HubSpot
hubspot.comTeams already paying for HubSpot Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional who want WhatsApp on the same platform.
HubSpot connects WhatsApp to its conversations inbox and, when the phone number matches, logs the conversation on the contact timeline. It supports coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app. Compared with Kommo, it offers marketing, sales and service on one platform, but getting WhatsApp costs far more. We cover it in depth in HubSpot alternatives.
A favor
- The conversation lands on the contact timeline when the number matches.
- Coexistence: the same number in the app and in HubSpot.
- Up to 25 numbers per WhatsApp Business account.
- More than 2,000 integrations plus marketing and service modules.
En contra
- WhatsApp requires Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise; Sales Hub is not on the list.
- A limit of 1,000 template messages a month, shared across all connected accounts.
- Marketing Hub Professional requires a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee.
Precio: Marketing Hub Professional from $800 a month billed annually with 3 core seats, plus $3,000 onboarding. Checked 10/22/2026, excluding Meta's message fees.
folk
folk.appFounders and small teams who sell through their network and want WhatsApp and LinkedIn close to their contacts.
folk is a lightweight relationship CRM. From Standard it syncs email, calendar and WhatsApp, and every plan includes its LinkedIn extension for adding contacts while you browse; email sequences come with Premium. Compared with Kommo, it is not a messaging inbox and has no bots: it is a well-organized relationship address book.
A favor
- WhatsApp, email and calendar sync from Standard.
- LinkedIn extension on every plan.
- Prices in dollars or euros, with monthly billing.
- Quick to set up.
En contra
- Email sequences only from Premium.
- Its pricing page does not include calling.
- No bots and no WhatsApp broadcasts.
Precio: Standard $24, Premium $48 and Enterprise from $80 per member a month billed annually ($30, $60 and from $100 monthly). Checked 10/23/2026.
Breakcold
breakcold.comAgencies, founders and small sales teams who already send outreach from another tool and want every chat app on the right deal.
Breakcold is a CRM built around a multichannel inbox: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, calls and meetings sync onto the right record, and you reply from the CRM. Pipelines move on conversation signals and AI creates follow-up tasks. Compared with Kommo, it is closer to B2B selling, but it has no bots or broadcasts and no sequencer of its own. Our GTM Flow vs Breakcold comparison goes further.
A favor
- Self-serve today, with a 14-day trial and no card.
- Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, calls and meetings in one inbox.
- Monthly billing and extra seats at $10 a month.
- Unlimited person and company enrichment included.
En contra
- No sequencer listed: outbound comes from a separate tool such as Instantly or HeyReach.
- Email and phone finding, AI features and call recording draw from a token allowance.
- Calls depend on a connected provider such as Aircall or CloudTalk.
Precio: $99 a month with 1 seat, 2 connected accounts and 1,500 tokens; +$10 per extra seat or account. $79.20 a month billed annually. Checked 10/23/2026.
GTM Flow
gtmflowos.comFounders who sell and B2B teams of 1 to 10 who prospect by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone and want a single history per account.
GTM Flow is the AI CRM with prospecting built in, made by the team that wrote this page. WhatsApp conversations sit on the company and contact record, next to cold email, LinkedIn steps and calls, and WhatsApp can be a sequence step with its own daily cap, only for people who gave you their number and permission. AI agents read every reply and propose the next step; you approve it. You cannot buy it today: it is in early access.
A favor
- Cold email from your own mailboxes, with rotation and per-mailbox caps, on the same record as WhatsApp.
- LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits, or as manual tasks.
- Browser calls with recording, transcription and automatic notes.
- The sequence stops when the person replies by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
En contra
- You cannot buy it today: early access opens in waitlist order.
- No Meta templates, chatbots, broadcasts or Instagram and Telegram inbox: for inbound messaging, Kommo does far more.
- No mobile app, and a new product with no public reviews.
Precio: Planned pricing, not on sale yet: Solo €39, Team €69 and Scale €149 per seat a month billed annually (€49, €85 and €179 billed monthly), with no credits and nothing metered per send. Checked 10/23/2026.
A messaging inbox or a CRM that prospects?
Kommo and respond.io are good at handling many people writing to you at once. In B2B the problem is usually the opposite: reaching out to a few accounts across several channels and keeping the thread for months. There, the inbox matters less than email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls sharing the deal record.
A small B2B team often ends up paying for a CRM, a cold email tool, a LinkedIn tool and a phone line, with WhatsApp on each rep's phone on top. A multichannel outreach CRM puts those channels in one sequence and one history. In GTM Flow, conversations on every channel and prospecting sequences share the record with the sales pipeline. It is in early access, in waitlist order; the planned pricing is public, and our comparison page covers the other options.
Which Kommo alternative to choose, by use case
The right Kommo alternative depends on how your sales arrive. If people write to you and you need bots, stay on Kommo or look at respond.io. For a classic pipeline, Pipedrive or HubSpot. For network selling, folk. For one inbox with outreach sent elsewhere, Breakcold. For multichannel B2B prospecting with AI on one record, GTM Flow, in early access.
- Stay on Kommo if your customers message you on WhatsApp and Instagram, you need bots or AI agents that answer, and paying 6 months upfront is not a problem.
- respond.io if your team answers lots of chats and the CRM already lives elsewhere.
- Pipedrive or HubSpot if the sales pipeline comes first and WhatsApp is an add-on; see our Pipedrive and HubSpot comparisons.
- folk if you sell through relationships and syncing WhatsApp is enough.
- Breakcold if you already send outreach from another tool and want every conversation on the right deal.
- GTM Flow if WhatsApp is one channel next to cold email, LinkedIn and calls. You cannot buy it today: join the GTM Flow waitlist and we will write to you in signup order.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Kommo alternative?
It depends on why you are leaving. For a team answering lots of chats, respond.io. For a sales pipeline with WhatsApp next to it, Pipedrive from Growth. For relationship-led selling, folk. For one inbox across chat apps, Breakcold. For B2B prospecting by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls on one record, GTM Flow, which is in early access.
How much does Kommo cost?
As of October 23, 2026, Kommo charges $25 per user a month on Base, $35 on Advanced and $45 on Pro, with a 6-month minimum ($150, $210 and $270 per user each half year); Enterprise is custom. It bills in US dollars and offers a 14-day trial with no card. Meta's message fees are extra.
Can you pay for Kommo monthly?
No. According to its pricing page, checked on October 23, 2026, the minimum subscription period is 6 months and monthly payment is not available. If you need month-to-month billing, respond.io, Pipedrive, folk and Breakcold publish monthly prices, higher than their annual ones.
Does Kommo charge for WhatsApp messages?
Kommo says it does not charge for using its WhatsApp Business integration. Meta is the one that charges: for templates and, since October 1, 2026, also for service messages beyond the first 1,000 a month on each number. The same applies to any alternative on the WhatsApp Business API; our WhatsApp CRM guide has the details.
Is Kommo good for B2B sales?
It is if your B2B customers message you on WhatsApp or social media and you need to answer fast. It falls shorter if you prospect: its email is a synced mailbox with templates, calls depend on integrations such as Twilio or CloudTalk, and LinkedIn appears only for capturing ad lead forms. For outbound, compare it with Pipedrive, HubSpot or GTM Flow first.
Can I move my data from Kommo to another CRM?
Yes. According to its help center, every plan can export leads to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets, with a limit of 500 records per file that is split automatically into several, and contacts and companies also as vCard. WhatsApp conversations are not on that list. GTM Flow imports CSV files.
The CRM with prospecting built in
GTM Flow brings the CRM, cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls into one system, with AI that tells you what to do next. Early access for founders and small sales teams. See how it works
