GTM Flow vs Breakcold: two multichannel CRMs for small sales teams, compared honestly

Breakcold and GTM Flow are the two CRMs that put email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls on the same record. Breakcold is the better choice if you want to start today, need Telegram, an MCP server or Outlook, or want the cheapest extra seats. GTM Flow is the better choice if you want the outreach sequences inside the CRM instead of in a separate sending tool. GTM Flow is in early access; Breakcold is on sale.

GTM Flow vs Breakcold at a glance

Breakcold is a CRM with a unified inbox: it syncs email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram conversations onto the right record and lets you reply from there, for $99 a month with one seat. GTM Flow is a CRM with the prospecting inside: it also sends the sequences across those channels. It is in early access, at a planned €39 to €149 per seat.

A note on transparency. This comparison is written by the GTM Flow team, so read it knowing one of the two products is ours. Everything we say about Breakcold comes from its own website (breakcold.com), checked on 23 October 2026, and every source is linked at the end. Where Breakcold's site does not say something, we say that instead of guessing.

The real difference: an inbox CRM against a CRM that also sends

Both tools put the same channels on one record, which is rare. The difference is what happens before the reply. Breakcold syncs and answers conversations, and takes positive replies from sending tools like Instantly, lemlist or HeyReach. GTM Flow runs the outreach itself: sequences across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls that stop when someone answers.

Breakcold says it is "the only sales CRM that natively integrates email, calls, meetings, LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp", and on channel coverage it is the closest tool to GTM Flow we know of. Its features page is built around a multichannel inbox: LinkedIn DMs, InMails, connection requests and Sales Navigator threads, WhatsApp chats and groups, Telegram and email all land on the right record, and you reply from Breakcold.

What its site does not list, on 23 October 2026, is a sequencer of its own. Its integrations page has a Lead Generation category where Instantly, lemlist, HeyReach, Smartlead, La Growth Machine and Salesforge each "push positive replies" into Breakcold. So the typical Breakcold setup is a sending tool for the first touches plus Breakcold for the conversation that follows.

GTM Flow puts both halves in one place. A sequence can send email from your own mailboxes, add LinkedIn steps with per-profile limits or as manual tasks, send a WhatsApp message to people who gave you their number and permission, and schedule a call, all on the same record. When someone replies on any channel, the cadence stops and the AI agents create the task. See how prospecting works and how conversations work.

Pricing: Breakcold's one plan against GTM Flow's three

Breakcold has one plan at $99 a month with one seat, two connected accounts and 3,000 AI CRM actions; each extra seat or account is $10, and annual billing brings the base to $79.20. GTM Flow plans a price per seat, from €39 for one person to €69 per seat for a team. For a team of five, Breakcold is clearly cheaper.

Breakcold's tokens are its credit system for AI and data: finding missing emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles, AI features such as ICP filtering and call analysis, and call recording. The base plan includes 1,500 tokens, which it equates to about 3,000 AI CRM actions. Person and company metadata enrichment is free and unlimited. Its own example puts token use for 300 highly active contacts at roughly $90 a month on top of the plan.

GTM Flow plans Solo at €39 for one person, Team at €69 and Scale at €149 per seat a month billed annually (€49, €85 and €179 billed monthly). Every plan has the CRM, sequences on all four channels and the Copilot; plans differ in Copilot requests (500, 1,000 or 3,000 a month) and team features. Sends, LinkedIn steps, calls and agent actions are not counted. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

The honest maths: for one founder, GTM Flow's planned Solo is about half of Breakcold's base plan. From two seats up, Breakcold's $10 extra seats make it the cheaper tool, before you add the sending tool it needs for outbound. If you already pay for Instantly or HeyReach and only want somewhere to manage the replies, Breakcold is the cheaper way to get there.

Where Breakcold is the better choice

Breakcold wins if you want to start today, if your deals happen on Telegram, if you want Claude or ChatGPT to run your CRM through an MCP server, if your team is on Outlook, if you need lead enrichment inside the CRM, or if you add seats often: each one costs $10. It also has hundreds of public reviews and a real customer base.

  • You can start today. A 14-day free trial with no credit card. GTM Flow has no self-serve sign-up: you join the waitlist.
  • Telegram and meetings. Breakcold syncs Telegram DMs and group chats, and records, transcribes and summarises meetings. GTM Flow has no Telegram and no meeting recorder.
  • MCP server and API. Breakcold ships a first-party MCP server it says has 50+ tools and works with 17 AI clients, including Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, plus an API. GTM Flow has no public API or MCP server for customers yet.
  • Outlook and more integrations. Email from Gmail, Outlook or IMAP; calls through Aircall, CloudTalk, JustCall or Ringover; Zapier, Slack, Calendly, Clay, Granola and Fireflies. GTM Flow does not support Microsoft 365.
  • Enrichment included. Unlimited person and company enrichment with 50+ data points, and email and phone waterfall enrichment with tokens. GTM Flow has no data enrichment.
  • Cheap seats. $10 per extra seat makes a five-person team $139 a month.
  • Social proof. Its pricing page shows 4.8 on G2 from 114+ reviews and 4.9 on Capterra from 91+, and its features page says over 1,000 agencies, startups and consultants use it. GTM Flow has no public reviews yet.

Where GTM Flow is the better choice

GTM Flow wins if you want the outreach and the CRM in one tool instead of a sending tool plus an inbox, if you send cold email from your own mailboxes and want rotation and caps, if you call from the browser with recording and automatic notes, if you sell alone and want a one-seat plan, or if you work in Spanish.

  • Sequences inside the CRM. Email, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp and calls in one cadence on the same record, which stops when someone replies. With Breakcold, the first touches usually come from another tool.
  • Cold email from your own mailboxes. Mailbox rotation, per-mailbox daily caps and address checks at enrolment. The B2B cold email guide explains why that matters.
  • LinkedIn with brakes. Each profile has a daily cap, a three-week ramp and a limit on pending invitations, and any step can be done by hand instead.
  • WhatsApp as a sequence step. With its own daily cap, only for people who gave you their number and permission. Our WhatsApp CRM guide covers the rules.
  • Calls that leave notes. Browser calls with recording, transcription and automatic notes, and agents that turn each reply and each call into a task. In Breakcold, calls come from a connected provider.
  • One seat, one price. Solo is a planned €39 a month for a founder who sells alone, against Breakcold's $79.20 to $99 base.
  • Spanish. The interface is in English and Spanish, and the team behind it sells in Spain every day. Breakcold's site does not say which interface languages it supports.

Breakcold and GTM Flow in detail

Breakcold calls itself the AI native CRM for modern salespeople and AI agents, sold by Logike SAS to agencies, startups, consultants and recruiters. GTM Flow is an AI go-to-market platform with the CRM inside, for founders and sales teams of 1 to 10 who prospect across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone. Here is each one, with its pros and cons.

Breakcold

breakcold.com

Agencies, founders and small sales teams who already have a way to send outbound and want every conversation, on every chat app, on the right deal.

Breakcold is a CRM built around a multichannel inbox: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, calls and meetings sync onto the right record, and you reply from the CRM. Pipelines move on conversation signals, AI creates follow-up tasks, and a first-party MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor read and act on the CRM. It says it connects to LinkedIn and WhatsApp through a stable integration, not a scraper, and that it is not affiliated with either.

A favor

  • Self-serve today, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.
  • Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, calls and meetings in one inbox.
  • First-party MCP server, API, and Claude and ChatGPT integrations.
  • Unlimited person and company enrichment included.
  • Extra seats at $10 a month; strong ratings on G2 and Capterra.

En contra

  • No sequencer listed: outbound comes from a separate tool such as Instantly or HeyReach.
  • Tokens: email and phone finding, AI features and call recording draw from a token allowance.
  • The $99 base is high for a single founder.
  • Calls depend on a connected provider (Aircall, CloudTalk, JustCall or Ringover).
  • Its site does not say which interface languages it supports.

Precio: $99 a month with 1 seat, 2 connected accounts and 1,500 tokens; +$10 per extra seat or account. $79.20 a month billed annually. Checked 23/10/2026.
